4 stars for this beautiful, tragic, heartbreaking, sweet love story between two amazing kids/teenagers (which was quite the tear-jerker at times).I couldn't put the book away until I finished it, in fact I finished it in 1 and a half days. I really recommend reading this book. The message it contains is beautiful and very important and I hope that maybe some troubled gay teenager will read this story and feel better about himself, about who he is and who he loves.Unfortunately, I doubt very much that people who'd profit from this book a great deal as well - narrow-minded, bigot and homophobic people who think they know it all, that is - are not very likely to read it, though...The one thing I didn't quite like was the writing style; sometimes it felt like a summary of past events and I found myself waiting for the book to reach "the present".But after having read the whole book, that's rather a minor flaw - all in all it was a very pleasant (even though sad at times) read :)
